All LMR Battery Packs are warranteed to be free from defects for 18 months. This includes Nicad, Ni-Mh,and li-ion. All packs are waranteed to be free from mechanical defects and failures for 18 months. We use only the highest quality cells from Sanyo and Panasonic. All Packs are warranteed to deliver 70% of initial capacity after 600 cycles or 18 months, whichever occurs 1st. Warranty is measured from the date of purchase. Under this warranty, any LMR battery found to be defective due to improper workmanship or material will be repaired or replaced without charge. The repaired or replacement product is warranted for the balance of the original warranty period. Warranty is VOID if serial number is removed, or if battery is charged using non-specified charger. When a rechargeable battery is considered for warranty, we will warrant the battery to exhibit 70% or higher of the originally specified battery capacity (mAh) for the periods specified above.
